How to Change/Add a 'Lead Teacher' to a Support Plan

This article will show you how you can change and add a 'Lead Teacher' to a Support Plan in the Individual Learner Plan (ILP) section.

1. Navigate to the Individual Learner Plan (ILP) section on the learner profile and click anywhere on the box to open up the ILP.

2.  Under the Planning and Intervention section click the View button to open the 'Support Plan'.

3. Then, a window will pop-up where you can edit the Support Plan. Under the 'Lead Teacher' section. Select the x on the name of the teacher you want to delete. 

4. Then, you can select another teacher from the list as shown below.

5. Scroll down and then click the Save button. Your changes will now have been saved to the ILP.
