1. When in the Individual Learner Plan (ILP), navigate towards the Planning and Intervention and click the View button

2. This will open up Support Plan , where you will then scroll down the page.

3. Scroll until you see, Targets for the learner and click the drop down to see the different categories as shown below. 

4. You can select a tag of your choosing and this is then added to the tags as shown. You can also delete tags by clicking on the x at the right corner of each tag. 

5. Now, the selected have been deleted from this Support Plan, as shown below. You can go ahead and click Save to save all changes to the Support Plan.
